ASK-FATAL-ERROR

Hi List

I have installed ASK and I obtain an error where the file
ASK-FATAL-ERROR.xxxx is generated in the home directory.

I have tested two versions 2.4.1 and 2.5.2 and the result is the same on
both.

The file contains the following:

There in no log file

I looked for in the List for an error like this and I found some similar
and talking about a sintax error in askrc. I checked my sintax and I don't see
something wrong.

I have intalled python 2.2.3, sendmail 8.12.10 and procmail 3.22. I have
tested with procmail and with forward. When I use the second one the files
ASK-FATAL are not generated but in maillog I see the same error.

My .askrc is:

I have the following files in ask directory:

blacklist.txt  ignorelist.txt  whitelist.txt

And the following directories

queue  templates  tmp

template has blacklist and confirm in spanish and english.

When I use procmail I use:

:0fw
 | /usr/bin/ask.py --log-level=5 --logfile=/home/german/ask.log --procmail--home=/home/german


If I use forward:

:0fw
 | /usr/bin/ask.py --log-level=5 --logfile=/home/german/ask.log --home=/home/german


Can somebody tell me where I'm wrong?
