Problems with mailing lists, also log isn't working

Hello a-s-k-users,

I just downloaded and installed A-S-K onto a RedHat 9 system.  When I
set it up for a test user, it works, but no log file is created, or
added to (when I create one).

Here is the contents of the .forward file:

|/usr/bin/ask.py --loglevel=10 --logfile=/home/asktest/ask.log --home=/home/asktest

I also tried     --logfile=/tmp/ask.log

Also, mail coming from a mailing list was held, my guess is that it
wasn't recognized as a mailing list.  The list in question was a
Yahoo! list.

Finally, I'm not sure the local whitelist is working.

If I could get the log file working, then I'd have more information.
