ah-ha - the mailfilter stuff isn't massaged like the test .crm, they come
with default !#/usr/bin/crm - also the *.in in your branch ... perhaps it'd
be worth considering a local path consistent with crm114 bing compiled, then
change to system path in 'make install' only ?

anyway, I think in this case it'd be convenient to set the command to

  :trainer_invoke_command: /:*:_arg0: .\/mailtrainer.crm/

which would call mailtrainer.crm with same binary as the caller.
