Oh, and about trying the GerH build: don't bother.

It's not that it's bad (I'm still proud of it, despite its
shortcomings), but first you'll find your existing CSS files will not
'mesh' out of the box on 64-bit systems due to the
bits-per-integer/long issues, etc.etc.
SECONDLY, the last PUBLISHED GerH build STILL has the same problem;
yes, significantly REDUCED, but it's not COMPLETELY fixed in that last
published build. Hence, useless to switch over.

Thanks to Jason's efforts and reports, Bills's spotting that blasted
'\' in there and everything that followed, I think we now have a
fixable problem which should work for Jason once we've backported it
to vanilla CRM114.
The internal GerH sourcetree has been fixed for this - or so I believe
- , but that's completely useless for y'all until I fix some other
grave bugs in there thanks to an auto/etc. migration and publish a
_new_ GerH build. Until then, the copy on http://hebbut.net/ is to be
considered flawed in this regard: same bug as vanilla crm114.

'Night,
