no, that's noise shaping later in CLASSIFY, and somewhat tailord to email 
stream, but Ger wants (if a got it right) avoid 'brain damage' (too early)
(hence big enough cssfile) _and_ store (almost) diffs only, thus doing
something opposite of EDDC.
