Why is my pR always the same?

I'm just getting started with CRM114 using it for something a little
different.

I'm concerned something's wrong because pR on the CLASSIFY line in the stats
is always the same. Success is always 1.0 and pR is always 304.6527. Three
examples (out of thousands) below.

Can someone explain how this pR is different from all other pRs in the stat
ouput (the ones that aren't all the same)....

Thanks!

CLASSIFY succeeds; success probability: 1.0000 pR:* 304.6527*
