Yeppers. Added refactoring for clarity to the to-do. 

The first draft was a direct port of a sed script that was behaving
like the Demon Barber or Fleet Street - "A little too much off the top."
I'm surprised that was the most significant lingering evil to be found.

I want to release it under Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike or
another OSS compatible license once I have my development site up. I
just want to have the final URL and maybe a bit more polish. Hence the
verbiage. I want peer review today and the right to update the contact
info in the versions that make it into the wild. It's not FOSS today,
but I'm promising that the code seen in the preview and any development
that results from that availability will be.
