Getting a message's current score and status using only the sfid?

I'm using 20080326-BlameSentansoken, and I'm wondering if there's a way
for me to get a message's current score and status using only the sfid
as input.

I assume that there's a way to do this, because I can retrain a message
using only its sfid. However, I couldn't find anything which describes
how to query a previously classified message's status using only its sfid.

Thanks in advance for any pointers to docs you can give me.
