Correction: P/L going up like that rocket, A/P going down.
Now you see where I flunked that MBA. ;-)
(Imagine me and my accountant. Me: real estate is not an asset. It is
rather a cost only, with only a purported chance at a future return or
gain, which I won't bet on. Something about a bear, a hide, and selling
it before you've shot it. Meanwhile, I'd have to live with and in that
cost, which it is, thanks to the government mob and (to a far lesser
degree, at least in my case) the bank mafya. Result: My accountant and
me heartily agree to disagree. [Cheers, Paul!] Though he was still
amazed how fast I picked up on the notion of the value in keeping dual
books, or at least multiple balance sheets / financial statements. Which
makes /perfect/ sense to me. But that was advanced/corporate accounting
[instead of private], according to him. Ah well. If speeding ticket
budgeting makes me an Inc., accounting requirements wise, so be it. :-) )
