Unstoppable spam

I am using mailfilter with:

This is CRM114, version 20070810-BlameTheSegfault (TRE 0.7.5 (LGPL))

I moved to crm114 from spamassassin because it seemed that
spamasssasin had become less effective over time and had far too many
tweakables that I never really knew whether my training of the bayes
component was ever really doing any good. With crm114 being pure
bayesian (or whatever classification algorithm one chooses) it seemed
a little more attractive.

At first the results were great. But then a couple weeks ago people
started sending out emails of the form:

Tips on Cunnilinugs, Flelatio, and Orgasms! www. med95. net. Fat Kaid Dancing Too Gnarles Barkley

and no matter how many times I run this email through:

crmlearn --learnspam

(and I've probably run a hundred through) it doesn't catch it. Any
suggestions? I know this is a challenging one because it provides very
little other than the randomized misspelled sex related chaff and a
weird generated headline but they all seem to have the url in common
which always follows a very predictable pattern. Maybe that's just not
enough? Anyone else having to deal with this particular spam?
