That _should_ work.  But I'd check the permissions of everything
in your mailreaver chain, especially the reavercache directories
(including the upstream directories; even if the reavercache
itself is read-write the entire path really needs to be read-write
to the process running dovecot.  Remember, that process may
or may _not_ be you; it might be running under a generic UID
for the mail system.  That would explain why your .css files
aren't updating automagically, but _do_ update when you run
CRM114 manually.  Permissions are such a twitchy thing... :)
