libcrm114 ready - but can't get into sourceforge

I finally have all the ducks in a row and am ready to upload
the new libcrm114 onto Sourceforge.

However, my incantations are no longer working; can anyone
refresh my memory of how to put files up on sourceforge,
specifically into the crm114 tarballs directory?
