I like launchpad. Lots of good services related to what you need for 
running project. I consider this positive and you may not but it uses 
bzr for revision control. I believe it also has the ability to migrate 
projects from source Forge.

I've been experimenting recently with github and it's nice. I haven't 
made up my mind about git yet.

Either one of those two sites would serve us well.
