Good afternoon,

As I related this "customer doesn´t have any mail server", because this IP was assigned to another customer. This is IP is used to access internet and to send mails to our server(By our customer). We are an ISP and we have mail service (smtp), that our customers use by sending mails (Outlook -> SMTP Server).

Their internet access (IP 62.48.149.231), sends packets (mails, GETS to internet pages, etc)....
If you have problems understanding the network flow tell me and I'll explain better.

Best regards,

Henrique Simal

As the ISP, you should be able to read the mailboxes postmaster or abuse
at ptprime.net. However, there does not appear to be a working mail
server for that domain, so the first step should be to fix that (or
change reverse DNS for 62.48.149.231 to point to a domain that does
actually have a working administrative contact address).

Once that's done you should be able to use the removal system on the
DSBL website to remove this IP.

Regards, Paul.
