Not really.

Blackhole lists come and go.  ORDB is strictly an open relay list (no
open proxies or other exploit methods).  It also avoids open relay tests
likely to cause annoyance to an attentive postmaster; the MDaemon
exploits fall into this category.  This has made it less and less
useful over time.

Pattern-based (and even heuristic-based) virus detection has always,
IMHO, just been a silly idea.  UNIX admins have a much different view of
the situation: stop exploits and worm infections in the first place.  If
you fail at that, even once, your machine is toast.  You back up the
non-executable data and reinstall, and you do better at securing it next
time.
