Hello, Below is a copy of previous correspondence w/ a DSBL volunteer. I contacted my ISP and they said they'd fix the issue listed, but I still don't have email and they aren't returning my call. Can someone please tell me if I'm ready to go through the removal process or if the issue is still there?
