Dear DSBL Administrators:

I can only describe your arrogance as beyond the pale!

Why, you think your process is infallible or beyond reproach is nothing
short of pure unadulterated arrogance. I am sure that while you save your
customers losses due to spamming you are costing many companies valuable
communications because you and/or your process thought  they should be on
your list. 

In my case your system errors have blocked my companies ability to do
business, my company is not a spammer nor, relayer nor, in any way, shape
or, form an eMail centric business, however, we do depend on the ability to
correspond with our customers and associates, which  your little list has
effectively halted. Your web sites atitude is to make infantile suggestions
and imposes time lines that are both unacceptable and irresponsible. While I
know that I am powerless to change your process, I am not powerless to
change opinion.
