Alexey: I realize how I got on the blacklist and actually applaud the reasons that we were put on it, however, the problem (a virus) was rectified and we should be able to appeal immediately for removal from the blacklist. Your methods of nslookups to validate the ownership show the age and technical standards you have applied; 1)you are not the ARPA police, it is not your responsibility to insure that all ARPA records reflect what you need to manage your business. 2)to rely on human being timely and accurate is poor basis for any assumption. Your system insisted that the response be sent to the in-addr.arpa (reverse lookup), which in our case is the ISP host (a/k/a Telus Clair.net) your automated attendant gave no other ability to allow the response to be returned to the real administrator (Doellken-Woodtape). Every other Blacklist service(SORBS etc...)were able to accommodate the fact that the POSTMASTER address was not the same as the reverse lookup name. As a result of your oversight/irresponsibility we are unable to clear our name indefinitely because our ISP does not list our in-apra address in the reverse listing and therefore never receive your attending message to clear our IP address. This has be going on since Aug 24th..... I see no any evidences of DSBL errors at http://dsbl.org/listing?207.219.65.203 . For sure, your host should be instantly delisted in case of any DSBL errors.
