You fixed them after the last time you requested removal (in fact, after
my last email), ignoring warnings in the removal process not to continue
until *after* you had fixed the issue(s) that got you listed.

You'll be able to request removal on the website again on 2005/09/13.
DSBL does not perform manual removals except in cases of mislistings,
which this clearly isn't.
