I did contact them yesterday and today and they told me that they will do 
it.
I tried to contact them this afternoon several times without success
Now , I can't know what I can do more than I did and I don't know how I 
can explain
to my boss that we can't send mail during 2 days ...

Can you send me the mail to confirm? 
It's very very very  important for us.

Please look at http://dsbl.org/listing?194.206.220.2. Noone have sent
any "removal confirmation" to DSBL. In opposite, DSBL have sent a
message to your ISP requesting removal confirmation; but this request is
still ignored by your ISP.

Please contact the RAIN.FR network security team or helpdesk and ask
them to find and confirm the message from DSBL to <[email protected]>
dated 2005/Sep/06 10:20:05 UTC.
