DSBL listing and delisting procedures are asymmetric. A host is listed
when someone proves a vulnerability in it. A host is delisted when it's
Postmaster (i.e, you) proves the accountability of it. Means, that there
is a responsible human reading abuse reports and security alerts being
sent to standard role addresses.

You can see from this message headers that I also run my home mailserver
on an ADSL, and it's reverse DNS also points to a generic name in ISP
domain. Please read http://dsbl.org/faq-listed#notmine for some simple
ideas: some of those addresses are routed to your server, and it is you
(The Postmaster) who define which users read it.
