Surely. DSBL does not try to identify spammers; instead, DSBL identifies
and labels insecure servers used by spammers without owner's permission.
 It happened with you: your mailserver allows anyone to send mail
through it, and spammers worldwide are happy to use this ability for
their profit and to your losts.

To solve this problem, please make three steps, exactly in this sequence:

1. Fix the misconfiguration making your server an open relay. It still
relays my mail from Russia to US, see fresh evidences at
http://dsbl.org/listing?210.52.109.103. The necessary information is
available in RFC-2505 (http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc2505.html) and in
your software manuals.

2. Ask your ISP to create an informative reverse DNS record for your
address. Preferably, pointing to your regular domain "co.chesin.com".
Currently 210.52.109.103 is anonymous.

3. Use "Removal Query" at DSBL webserver.
