The authoritative DNS servers for reverse DNS for 202.172.235.16 are:

235.172.202.in-addr.arpa. NS ns1.1-net-singapore.com.
235.172.202.in-addr.arpa. NS ns2.1-net-singapore.com.
235.172.202.in-addr.arpa. NS ns3.1-net-singapore.com.

None of them have a reverse DNS entry for your IP. You'll need to get
your ISP to set that up for you. [email protected] appears to be the
contact address. Ask them to set it up to point to the "one true
name" (e.g. possibly mail.knowledge-internet.com.sg) for that machine.
Don't request multiple PTR records as per your own DNS servers because,
although technically legal, it's pointless having multiple PTR records
as the vast majority of applications will simply take one at random, use
that and completely ignore the others.
