I'm afraid, this catch both for DSBL robot and for your user was created
at your side. If mail for iko.gotobg.net "is not configured", your
mailserver might not accept message and might not say "250 OK". It said,
and all the responsibility is at your side now.

Yes, 6 days later. The practical proposal is to check once more all your
server settings: if it definitely cannot deliver an incoming message
(for any reason), it should decline it with reasonable "4xx" or "5xx"
diagnostics at any possible stage of SMTP session. Your current server
behavior seems to be simply dishonest: accept, then >/dev/null.
