If you check http://dsbl.org/listing?210.176.236.18 you'll notice it was
removed 2005/Sep/08 02:02:51 UTC 
Some server may still refuse your message if they have not yet updated
the list.
To find why you were listed, simply open one of the evidence messages
shown of the same page (view message) links. It was an open proxy on
port 80.
