I just wanted to say that "one removal email per week" is cruel.

We have been an adamant spam stopper (we have the only DCC server in the 
COUNTRY)
but had to run a free-for-all sendmail for 3 days due to a network 
emergency and understaffing,
and we are paying its price from queued emails by getting blacklisted by 
you and other organisations.

We have long since plugged the holes, and are in operation again, but 
due to large queues,
are unable (so far) to receive your confirmation email. Therefore we 
keep waiting while
angry customers threaten legal action.

I just hope I receive that email, or we seem to be stuck for an entire week.

I do hope you someday reconsider your "wait one week"  rule, it's just 
too cruel.
