It means you have no reverse DNS set up and hence it cannot generate a
contact email address for either the postmaster or abuse mailboxes for
your system/domain. Having working reverse DNS is a requirement for
removal from DSBL.

Your ISP (Sprint?) can set this up for you. Contact them
([email protected] appears to be the contact address) and ask them to
set up reverse DNS for 208.28.224.146 to point to mail.measurecomp.com.
When that's done, you'll be able to use the removal system on the DSBL
website.

This is all good information but it's in whois, not reverse DNS. The
latter is required for removal from DSBL (and in fact many mail systems
simply won't accept mail from anonymous hosts i.e. those with no reverse
DNS at all these days, so it's definitely in your best interests to get
that sorted out).
