To Whom It May Concern: I keep receiving spam and scamming emails from the above IP address and I was wondering if you are able to look into these types of things and find out who the culprit is? I received the latest message, which I have copied and pasted below, today, September 14, 2005. The message is definitely fraudulent and I am not sure who I should report this to. If you can please advise, I would most appreciate it.
