I can see at http://dsbl.org/listing?212.238.241.152 that the removal
system works perfectly, and 212.238.241.152 was delisted many times. The
real problem is open relay still running at this machine and widely
abused by spammers; your host was listed back again and again, because
of persistent security problem.

Please look in "Messages from this host" section at
http://dsbl.org/listing?212.238.241.152 and fix your vulnerable mail
system. This security problem is not related to any viruses.
