Did you visit the URL in that email to confirm the removal request?
Probably not:

The removal request was sent to your ISP who seemed to have ignored
the message. The DSBL removal criterion is to have a working abuse
or postmaster mailbox (i.e. one that does not ignore mail), so you
failed the test.

The removal request expires in an hour from now (removal requests
are rate limited to one per week). It is probably best to take
the removal into your own hand, either by:

1) Having your ISP change the reverse DNS for 220.233.92.52 to
   whatever.arwarbukarl.com.au. Then [email protected] and
[email protected] will be offered by the removal
   menu.

or:

2) Following the instructions in http://dsbl.org/faq-listed#notmine

> How long does it take to get off the list

25 hours, starting from the moment the link in the removal request
is visited.
