Surely. The text in this e-mail says that you should vizit URL in it
instead of to reply it. Did you try to use the magic URL? What was the
browser message?

You need to confirm that you have read the message to "postmaster", by
viziting unique HTTP URL in this message.

yes, it works: DSBL robot was able to retrieve domain name and send the
message.
