As far as I understand, you are the administrator of this mail system.
And it is your mission to determine and fix the bug which disallows you
to read legitimate incoming e-mail. This bug can be either in your mail
delivery system or in your current mailreader ("Word 2003"); so, a first
step in diagnostics could be to use other mailreader being able to
access same message store.

Currently you fail the accountability test: your mail system have
accepted and delivered the test message, but made it unreadable while
delivery. Please note that some other mail systems mangle URL's in
messages (i.e., for security reasons), and this behavior is absolutely
acceptable for DSBL. Your system makes the whole text unreadable, and it
is absolutely unacceptable.
