I can see that you do not run your own mail exchanger at
adsl-68-95-232-179.dsl.rcsntx.swbell.net. So, it seems to be very
natural that "some guys" (actually, SWBell security officers) have to
read and process abuse reports related to your host; and "removalquery"
just checks their ability to do it. If they won't do it - who will do
it? Any ideas?

Well, it is your opinion, and many people share it and do not use DSBL.
Postmasters who use DSBL do not share this opinion, and it is also very
normal.
