Hi,

We're only volunteer giving some of our spare time to help. We've no
special power to remove anything.
According to http://dsbl.org/faq-listed#exception
  "Manual removals from the list are only done for hosts that got listed
   wrongly or when the removal process fails due to a genuine bug in the
   DSBL server software. A site that just isn't reachable on an RFC
   specified admin address will have to configure such an address and
   try again."

You must teach your server to handle messages
@celestisexch.ctnonsite.hosting.co.za as it currently does for
@celestis.co.za
I don't use Exchange myself but I found this tutorial
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF010.html

If you want to receive removal messages @celestis.co.za you'll have to
ask your ISP to change the rDNS associated with your IP address.
Currently it's celestisexch.ctnonsite.hosting.co.za
