Mail for celestisexch.ctnonsite.hosting.co.za comes directly to your
server. Your server doesn't realize it should accept that mail.

Microsoft Exchange, like any mail server, can receive mail for
multiple domains. Although none of the DSBL volunteers uses Exchange,
I am told that you add domains by adding a "recipient policy" for
@celestisexch.ctnonsite.hosting.co.za and then add postmaster and
abuse at that domain as additional SMTP addresses for your mailbox. Of
course, be sure to test that you can receive mail for those addresses
from an outside service (Hotmail, Yahoo Mail) before requesting
removal. Also, turn off any spam or virus filtering on your abuse and
postmaster mailboxes because they are meant to receive spam and virus
reports.
