yes, but the public name of 196.14.28.226 is not related to
"celestis.co.za" domain now.

~$ host 196.14.28.226
226.28.14.196.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer
celestisexch.ctnonsite.hosting.co.za.

I believe, your hosting company is able to change this name  upon your
request.

Please address this issue either to your software vendors or to your
hosting company, in accordace with your current contracts. Both them are
REALLY able to solve your problems.

Note: DSBL does not block your mail, just because it does not control
your communications. Your recipients block your mail, in accordance with
their own security policy: they do not want any e-mail from known
compromised and unaccountable systems.
