Please do the following steps:

1. Check if this server was really reinstalled and properly firewalled
since September 13. We can see at http://dsbl.org/message?29237511 that
last week this machine was controlled by viruses: a proxy server at
non-standard port number was definitely installed by a virus.

2. Ask your ISP to create an informative reverse DNS record for
211.39.11.129. This host is anonymous now, and anonymous host are not
delisted from DSBL.

3. Use http://dsbl.org/removalquery
