When I selected to have the IP removed I got a message saying that I needed
to select an email address, but no email address selection was available
anywhere to be seen.  I then followed a different process through your site
(which did end up showing e-mails to select from), but when submitted it
told me a request had already been logged.  Is it possible to verify which
email the 1st request was sent to?  No confirmation data appeared at any
point prior to that.  The one on the listing data was
[email protected], which is the correct email, and email is being
received there, but also the one that generated the error.  I'm a bit
confused at this stage.
