62.31.133.80 was listed by DSBL on 28th February 2004. Whoever was using
the IP address at that time had been trojanned, probably as a result of
a virus infection, and was running an open proxy (not an open relay).

Given that there does not appear to be a mail server listening at
62.31.133.80, you will need the assistance of your ISP (blueyonder) to
get the listing removed. They could either get the reverse DNS changed
from 62-31-133-80.cable.ubr03.pres.blueyonder.co.uk to a hostname in
your domain (e.g. router.tes.ltd.uk), which would then allow you to
remove the DSBL listing yourself, or they could simply follow the DSBL
removal procedure (on the DSBL website) on your behalf to remove your
IP.
