Known to whom? Admitted, this listing was a mistake, but the trouble
with companies like KPN is that they're an incredible mess. If KPN
chooses to pretend that it is not one but 10 or 20 companies then
they should not allow planet.nl to relay for a supposedly unrelated
ISP as KPN itself. See:

One of my favorites. However, it is customary to separate a signature
from the actual message by a line consisting of two or more dashes.
Like this "--". That way people who do not read Dutch will understand
that this is a signature and not related to the listing of 195.121.6.27
