Hello Randy,
Since Sprint is not helping you, you can take matters into your own
hands.  The solution at http://dsbl.org/faq-listed#notmine should work
for you, since you have your own SMTP server.

I am not an Exchange expert, so I can't give you detailed instructions,
but I know it involves adding another recipient policy for the domain
"fl-65-41-144-122.sta.sprint-hsd.net", since this is one of the names by
which your server is identified.  Then add an alias for
[email protected] that delivers to a
mailbox you can read.  Test it from outside your system, then try a
delisting.  Since you sent one to Sprint today, you'll be able to do
another one in 7 days.
