You must configure your server to accept messages
@65-123-151-166.dia.cust.qwest.net and deliver it to proper mailbox on
your side (as it currently does for messages @ziacu.org)

Test abuse/postmaster from any external account (Hotmail/Yahoo mail for
example) to ensure it works correctly and use the removal form.

I don't use Exchange myself but I found this tutorial
