ORDB and similar tests are irrelevant, as the host was an open proxy,
not an open relay. Such proxies are usually the result of trojan
software or a virus.

This IP address was listed in October 2004 and there have been no
removal requests. There also were no removal requests for
212.68.242.54 either. (Any removal requests would be shown on the
listing page http://dsbl.org/listing?212.68.219.65.)

If you have fixed the open proxy, you can ask your ISP to do the
removal, or you can remove it yourself using the method explained at
http://dsbl.org/faq-listed#notmine.
