Thank you very much for your reply.
FYI, our company is the one maintaining the mail server. Aside from the IT
personnel of our client, I'm the one who's handling more on the said mail
server.

Aside from DSBL, MAPS RSS & RBL has removed the said IP on their block list.

I'll just inform our client then and discussed with my boss regarding the
reversed DNS thing.

Please use http://dsbl.org/removalquery : this is the only method. The
"removalquery" procedure checks your server accountability; is there any
responsible person being able to receive and read abuse reports?
Respectively, you need to have informative reverse DNS record in order
to pass tis test. Anonymous machines are definitely unaccountable.
