Resolution can only be achieved by Kaltech.  They need to take care of
the delisting, as it is their server.  As I mentioned before, they can
do it with no assistance from XO.  Provided they configure
"205.158.149.114.ptr.us.xo.net" as an additional inbound local domain,
they can take care of delisting in about 25 hours.

DSBL trusts the administrator(s) to vouch for the security of their
machine, and to be reachable via standard contact addresses should there
be a future problem.
