Those message came from 64.114.124.137.

The rest of the globe is actively abusing your proxy. Google for 
"64.114.124.137" (with quotes!), you'll be in for a surprise.

Port 65208 does not respond right now. If you did not make any changes
to your configuration then I would not be surprised if the problem
reappears one of these days. My advice is to investigate what is/was
listing to port 65208.
