Hi, Unfortunately the mail relay servers used by our customers have been listed in the unconfirmed and multihop dbl.org blacklists due to a careless customer misconfiguring their firewall and allowing their mail server to be used as an open-relay. We have already taken appropriate action and shut down the customer's DSL service until they fix the issue, but we are now facing a much larger issue in that most of our customers using our mail relay servers to send outgoing mail are seeing a fair bit of their mail returned due to the listings. Is there any way to speed up the removal process ? I have already initiated it but would rather not endure customer complaints throughout my entire friday afternoon :P Many thanks in advance, -- Bjorn Rutten BBeyond, Operations Engineer
