As far as I understand, you can only kick Wanadoo a.k.a Freeserve. Start 
from helpdesk, then go upper, to QA dept and so on.

Alternatively, you can switch  to other, independent mail system. 
Messagelabs, Yahoo, even your own corporate mailserver, instead of the 
compromised Wanadoo servers.
