Thank you for the quick reply, I know you explicitly say you will not remove listings outside of the normal operations of the blacklist, but I was hoping you might reconsider given the circumstances. Let me explain: 5 of our outbound IP addresses were originally blocked on the 14th due to a client of ours running an open relay. Due to a miscommunication we didn't cut them off in time - and we had requested delisting already. A new relay test went through shortly after and 3 of our datacenters remain listed and are stuck in the 7 day waiting period. Our mail filtering network has over 400 mail servers in multiple datacenters around the globe, and we process millions of messages per day. The unfortunate consequence of this blacklisting is that thousands of legitimate business e-mails are being deferred/bounced daily. Also, the suggested temporary workarounds are great for people with 1 or a few MTAs, but for us changing IP addresses as described is literally impossible. I hope we can cultivate a positive relationship - we really want to prove that we are not the bad guys and that we are committed to fighting spam. Is there any way you will consider expediting the removal of the 3 IPs in question?
