Correct. "This message" was sent by a misconfigured antispam software, 
and it's exact source  can be seen in it's "Received:" headers. You may 
wish to report abuse in accordance with this real source.

DSBL have not sent any unsolicited messages to you.

Yes, because spammers are dishonest. Unfortunately, some authors of mail 
filtering software forget this circumstance. Their products accept any 
scrap, analyse, then try to bounce back undesired contents. This problem 
is called "scattermail", and is known to be a severe network abuse. So, 
I repeat my advice to report the problem in accordance with the real 
source of this scattermail.
